Joe Clarke knew he had to make the most of a swell lining up with a couple of days off work. “I noticed the tide was better for the afternoon and the swell was meant to peak, so I popped the boat in for a fish in the morning”. After catching a few nice fish, he ditched the rod, grabbed his boog gear, and made a mad dash to the Sunshine Coast for what turned out to be 3-5ft of pure perfection.

First surf today on the 44 in 3ft ultra clean fast barreling waves and to be honest, I wish I bought this board when it first came out. Perfect for this 6'3, 100kg 50 year old. The amount of speed it generates in small waves was unreal, and I was able to make barrels that I'd question whether I would have made on my other boards. Highly recommend for the big boys and vintage riders.
