Joe rides in total style and his shape reflects exactly that. Joes Quad Board combines the latest in board technology, the QUAD EXHAUST CHANNELS, next generation tech for speed and power. The Exhaust Channel system flushes water through the channel system giving you more drive down the line and speed into turns. It’s a high-performance model, that allows controlled acceleration and speed down the line, to hit sections and land high performance manoeuvres.
Joe has spent surf after surf refining his shape to what it is now. The Joe Clarke Contour Quad PP with surlyn offers maximum durability and minimal flex.
Core: 1.9pcf Premium PP (A PP core of a 1.9 density is the industry standard for high performance bodyboards. This core material is designed for ultimate speed and projection. Its durability is unrivalled by any other core. Lightweight and rigid, this core will perform exceptionally well in warmer waters where other cores become slow and unresponsive).
Stringer: Single Carbon Fibre Stringer (A bodyboard with 1x Carbon Fibre Stringer utilises a Carbon Fibre rod running through the centre of the board to add longevity by improving stiffness and recoil while also greatly increasing the ability for projection. The single stringer also enhances performance and control. The use of Carbon Fiber ensures no additional weight is added to the board.)
Deck: Cellu-cushion 8lb PE Deck (8lb Polyethylene is the most superior form of deck skin for any bodyboard offering sufficient strength to ensure a longer lasting board.
Slick: DuPont Surlyn Slick (A Surlyn Slick is your only choice for slick if you demand the greatest amount of response and durability from your board. This high-performance slick is the finest grade Surlyn made only by DuPont. Featuring an elastic-like quality to reduce the chance of creasing and damaging without minimising projection).
